WHO ARE WE?

We are the El Camino Real group of the FNE serving Oceanside and Murrieta, California and the surrounding areas.

The Federation of North-American Explorers (FNE) is a Catholic faith-based movement following the pedagogy developed by the Lord Baden-Powell and Venerable Father Jacques Sevin.

Our mission is to help each of our members become an everyday saint. The Explorer movement provides separate boys and girls programs for them to explore the Faith and God’s creation by teaching responsibility, promise, commitment, leadership, service, and loyalty.

The FNE is a member association of the Union of International Guides and Scouts of Europe – Federation of Scouts of Europe (UIGSE-FSE). We have groups present in the United States and Canada with brother and sister groups also present in most of Europe, in Mexico, and in Brazil.
